The Squaw Valley Lodge in Olympic Valley, Calif., boasts a slope-side location in the Squaw Valley ski mountain. This is the only property in Olympic Valley offering ski-in/ski-out access to two chair lifts and the resort's gondola and cable car leading up the mountain to the peak. Shopping, dining and nightlife are only steps away in Squaw Valley's European-style alpine pedestrian village. Fitness buffs and guests needing a relaxing massage can visit the the Squaw Valley Lodge's own Health Club and Spa, where guests can soak their cares away in one of the hydrotherapy pools or fireside indoor spas. The fitness center comes replete with a variety of cardio and resistance training equipment and private lockers in gender appropriate locker rooms. Visitors enjoy complimentary use of two gas barbecue grills, located on a red-stone sundeck next to the outdoor pool and hot tub. In the summer months picnic tables are available. The suites are located in seven buildings arranged neighborhood- style.
